As Q3 of 2024 wrapped up, the Reach team donned their rally caps and came together for a celebration of our technicians and their stellar achievements! Our momentum continues to build, and our team had a wealth of successes to cheer about. Let's dive into the highlights and recognize the remarkable dedication that drives us forward!
The Reach team welcomed JR Simard of Sammamish WA -- another best-of-the-best technician. He shared his excitement about growing his territory and elevating service to his clients.
Darold Slack surpassed 100 labor hours each month during Q3, during which he earned more than $57,000.
PJ Passey surpassed 100 labor hours in the month of August.
Dean Smith exceeded 3 labor hours a day on the month of July -- just his third month with Reach. He is proving what is possible with hard work and dedication to your clients. He also passed 10 Reach Recare (preventive service) clients.
The team added 54 new clients in the quarter. Dean Smith led the way with 24, and his Mid-TN teammates, Brandon Sharp and Brandon Thomas both added 11.
Revenue continues to rapidly grow, as we celebrated a 40% increase over Q3 2023.
The Reach team achieved another strong quarter of profitability, staying on-track for profit sharing in the second half of 2024.
Finally, the team celebrated significant growth in the number of technicians who are connecting with Reach to learn more about the opportunity. Momentum and interest continue to grow.
