Our Noah – Saving the Day in a Flood

Recently, we had an opportunity to help a doctor whose office had flooded. Having had a similar situation in the past and receiving unsatisfactory service from a supply company, he decided this time he would try Reach. Reach technician, PJ Passey disconnected the equipment, moved it out to dry, and reinstalled it within a week.

PJ shared, “Reach allows me to be able to work when I need to and doesn’t restrict me in helping our clients. Dr. Joseph was extremely grateful and shared that I helped lower his stress. We are sensitive to our clients’ business which most technicians miss out on. We know if those rooms are down, the office isn’t making any money. Even worse, they could lose patients.” We appreciate the opportunity to help the doctor and are proud of the service PJ provided.
