Leaving the Old Model
In April 2018, Darold Slack left the traditional, old service model and helped to build Reach, a company based on a fresh model where he would connect to his clients, provide the highest level of service, control his day, and where his financial destiny would be in his hands.
Growing in the New Model
Over the past 5 years, Darold has worked hard and stretched himself to develop new skills to build his success, and the success of his team. He learned to better manage his time, client relationships, and create business growth. Darold shares, “I felt like I was a very good technician, but could grow new skills and better reach my potential and financial goals with Reach. I also thought I could play a major role in changing our industry and having a positive impact on the lives of many technicians.”
Achieving Great Success
Darold has proven what is possible for a technician in the Reach environment. He has grown his dedicated client base to 150 and consistently takes care of approximately five clients a day. In Reach’s compensation program, Darold says, “I love giving my clients exceptional service, being able to control my day and respond quickly. I also love that I get directly rewarded for my work and the contribution I make to the company’s success. It has been a blast showing other technicians what is possible with Reach and helping my teammates reach their potential, goals, and dreams.” Reach CEO, Greg Biersack adds, “We are really excited for Darold and his family.
